XG600D Underground Diaphragm Wall Hydraulic Grab

The specific extra-wide chassis manufactured with XCMG’s mature technologies, having large swiveling bearing, provides super stability.

Double winch and single row rope construction extend the life-span of the steel rope, reduce the construction cost. The control system equipped with an ensures the accurate synchronization of double winches reduces the frequency of synchronized adjustment and increases the construction efficiency.

Equipped with advanced inclinometer, which can provide the grab adjustment and fall down protection function, it can record and memory the locus grab, and draw the wall curve. This can effectively guarantee the wall precision.

With the load-sensing control, the hydraulic system can effectively increase the utilization rate of system resources and also the construction efficiency.

With quick plug connectors used in the circuit of control system, the fault rate is reduced and accordingly the time consumed for fault detection is shortened
